All I wanted was to track my time.
I wanted a clear picture of my work: who I work for, what I do and how long it takes. And enough time left to do the work itself.
So I wrote down what I need: the Client, the Task Type, the exact Activity and an overview of my time. Tomáš handed the brief to his AI agents, and a week later I had my own tool. Sure, we're still polishing the details. But it already does its job.
Then Tomi came to me, a little sheepish, asking whether we shouldn't try selling it. If it earned us one dinner a month, at least we'd learn something from it.
At first I wanted to shoot him down. I really don't have time for another project.
But what's the worst that can happen?
That we cook dinner at home.
