1. Who sells the service and who runs it
1.1. The jednoducho trackuj service is sold by Jednoducho píš s. r. o., with its registered office at Majerníkova 3043/54, 841 05 Bratislava – mestská časť Karlova Ves, company ID (IČO) 57 785 635, tax ID (DIČ) 2123112354, VAT ID (IČ DPH) SK2123112354, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, Section Sro, Insert No. 202212/B (“the seller”). The seller makes the contract with the customer, takes payments and issues Invoices. It is registered for VAT under § 7a of Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax and is not a VAT payer. Its tax ID (DIČ) and VAT ID (IČ DPH) are given on the Invoice.
1.2. The service is run for the seller by Monadial s. r. o., with its registered office at Majerníkova 3043/54, 841 05 Bratislava – mestská časť Karlova Ves, company ID (IČO) 47 647 876, tax ID (DIČ) 2024008811, VAT ID (IČ DPH) SK2024008811, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, Section Sro, Insert No. 144751/B (“Monadial”). Monadial looks after the service’s infrastructure, data, support and development, and owns its software. It does not make a contract with the customer.
1.3. Contacts:
- support, claims, complaints, turning off automatic renewal and withdrawal from the contract: support@jednoduchotrackuj.sk,
- personal data: privacy@jednoduchotrackuj.sk,
- phone: +421 908 669 928,
- by post: to the seller’s registered office.
The app is at app.jednoduchotrackuj.sk, and these terms are at jednoduchotrackuj.sk.
1.4. In these terms:
- the service is jednoducho trackuj, an online service for recording working time,
- an Organisation is a workspace in the service in which work is recorded,
- the customer is whoever creates an Organisation, and whoever an Owner orders a Subscription for, as the Owner names them in the Billing details,
- Owner and Assistant are roles in an Organisation; an Owner manages the Organisation and orders the Subscription,
- a User is a person with an account in the service,
- a consumer is a natural person who, in making and performing the contract, is not acting within their business or profession,
- a Subscription is an Organisation’s paid access for a month or for a year,
- the Trial is the seven free days from the creation of an Organisation,
- we are the seller and Monadial together.
1.5. These terms govern the contract between the seller and the customer, and the rules for using the service for all Users. Relations with a consumer are governed mainly by the Civil Code and Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, and relations with businesses by the Commercial Code. These terms do not limit the rights that the law gives a consumer.
1.6. The contract is made in Slovak. The English translation of the terms is for information only. The terms can be saved and printed. The seller keeps the wording the customer agreed to.
2. What the service provides
2.1. The service is for recording working time by Client, Task Type and Activity. It offers Timers, Manual Time Entries, a History of edits, overviews, Reports in PDF and CSV, Summary emails, and teamwork between Owners and Assistants. The overviews can serve as a basis for billing work. They are not accounting documents.
2.2. The scope of the service follows from its description on the website and in the app at the time of the order, and from these terms. Features that the website lists as upcoming or in development are not part of the performance until the seller expressly offers them.
2.3. An Organisation can have at most five members at a time, Owners and Assistants together, in the Trial and during a Subscription alike. An invited person who has not yet accepted the Invite takes a place. The seller may agree a different number with the customer.
2.4. The service runs in the current version of a common web browser, on a computer and on a phone. Nothing is installed, and the service uses no technical protection measures other than signing in. Common programs open the Reports in PDF and CSV. The service does not yet offer connections to other applications. The customer provides the device and the internet connection at their own cost.
3. Registration and the Trial
3.1. An Organisation is created by whoever fills in the registration: the Organisation’s name, their own name and their email. They receive an Invite by email and choose a password in it. This creates their account and the Organisation, and a contract for free trial use between them and the seller. The founder is an Owner of the Organisation.
3.2. The Trial lasts seven days from the creation of the Organisation. The exact time it ends is in Settings › Subscription. We email the Owners two days and one day before the Trial ends, and then when it has ended.
3.3. Nothing is paid for the Trial and no payment card is required. The Trial does not turn into a paid one by itself. A Subscription comes into being only through an Owner’s express order (Article 4). Without one, no obligation to pay arises.
3.4. In the Trial, the service works the same as with a Subscription. However, an Owner of an Organisation in its Trial cannot create another Organisation.
3.5. If the Trial ends without a Subscription, the Organisation’s access ends (Article 10.3).
3.6. A User gives true information, protects their password and other means of signing in, and tells us without delay if they suspect their account is being misused.
4. Ordering a Subscription and the price
4.1. An Owner of the Organisation orders a Subscription at any time, during the Trial too, in Settings › Subscription. Before sending the order, they see:
- the period, a month or a year, and the price of the first payment,
- the price and date of the next payment on renewal,
- the Billing details,
- a link to these terms and to the privacy policy.
They can correct the details before sending.
4.2. The Owner enters the Billing details of whoever buys the Subscription: a natural person, or a business with an IČO, and with a DIČ and IČ DPH where it has them. We check an IČ DPH in the European Commission’s VIES system, and a Slovak IČO in the Register of Financial Statements. An IČ DPH that the VIES system does not know cannot be used.
4.3. The Owner sends the order with a button that clearly states the obligation to pay, and pays by card through the Stripe payment gateway. The Subscription contract comes into being when Stripe confirms that the first payment has succeeded. The seller confirms this by email and sends the Invoice. If the payment fails, no contract comes into being.
4.4. Prices:
| Subscription | Price |
|---|---|
| Monthly | €5 a month |
| Yearly | €50 a year |
| Yearly with the Launch offer (Article 5) | €30 for the first year, then €50 a year |
The prices are final. The seller is not a VAT payer and adds no VAT to them. If the customer is a business from another member state of the European Union with a verified IČ DPH, the customer pays the tax itself, and the Invoice says so.
4.5. The Subscription starts the moment the payment succeeds. If the Owner buys it during the Trial, this ends the Trial. A monthly Subscription lasts until the same day of the next month, and a yearly one until the same day of the next year. The Subscription is paid in advance for the whole period, so the minimum commitment is one month for a monthly Subscription and one year for a yearly one. The start and end of the period are on the Invoice and in Settings. Buying a Subscription for an Organisation whose access has ended restores its full access.
4.6. When ordering, a consumer expressly asks for the Subscription to start at once, while the period for withdrawal from the contract is still running. At the same time, they declare that they have been informed that if they withdraw, they will pay a proportionate part of the price for the period in which the service was provided to them (Article 7.3), and that they lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been provided in full. The email in which the seller confirms the contract contains these terms and a record of the consumer’s request and declaration.
5. Launch offer
5.1. The first ten Organisations that pay for a yearly Subscription pay €30 instead of €50 for the first year. The order of successful payments decides. Neither a Trial nor an unfinished order takes a place.
5.2. The website and the order both show how many places are left. An order at the offer price holds a place for 30 minutes, so that no one else takes it during payment. If the places run out before the Owner pays, we show them the standard price before they pay. We never charge a higher price without their new confirmation.
5.3. The €30 price applies only to the first year. From the second year, the Subscription renews at the standard yearly price, €50. The offer cannot be transferred to another Organisation. The place stays taken even if the Organisation later ends its Subscription.
6. Renewal, failed payment and ending
6.1. The Subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price it was bought at, until an Owner turns automatic renewal off. After the Launch offer, it renews at the standard yearly price. On the day of renewal, Stripe takes the payment from the card given with the order.
6.2. Seven days before a yearly Subscription renews, we email the Owners the date and amount of the payment.
6.3. An Owner can turn automatic renewal off at any time in Settings › Subscription, or by email to support@jednoduchotrackuj.sk. We confirm that it is turned off by email. It applies to the next payment if the Owner turns automatic renewal off before the payment is taken. Until the end of the paid period, they can turn automatic renewal back on.
6.4. After automatic renewal is turned off, the Subscription lasts until the end of the paid period. Then the Organisation’s access ends (Article 10.3). The price for the rest of the period is not refunded. This does not affect a consumer’s withdrawal or the rights arising from defects.
6.5. The Owner can change the card on Stripe’s secure page, which a link in Settings leads to.
6.6. If the payment cannot be taken on renewal, the Organisation keeps working and Stripe retries the payment for 14 days. We email the Owners how to change the card. During these days, automatic renewal cannot be turned off in Settings, because the paid period has already ended. However, the Owner can end the Subscription without any further payment by email to support@jednoduchotrackuj.sk. If the payment still does not go through by the end of the 14 days, or if the Owner ends the Subscription in this way, the Organisation’s access ends (Article 10.3), and nothing is paid for the days in which Stripe retried the payment.
6.7. The price of a period already paid cannot be raised. The seller announces a change of price for later periods to the Owners by email at least 30 days before renewal. Until the renewal, the Owner can turn automatic renewal off. If the notice does not arrive in time, the next renewal is charged at the original price.
6.8. If the seller were to stop providing the service, it will announce this in advance, as a rule at least 60 days ahead. It will make it possible to download the data, and will refund a proportionate part of the price for a period paid for but not provided.
6.9. An Owner can delete the Organisation at any time (Article 10.4). This ends the Subscription at once, and the price is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
7. A consumer’s withdrawal from the contract
7.1. A consumer can withdraw from the Subscription contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. The Trial neither shortens nor replaces this period. A business does not have this right.
7.2. A consumer gives notice of withdrawal with the “Odstúpiť od zmluvy tu” (Withdraw from the contract here) function, which is available throughout the withdrawal period in Settings › Subscription and in the footer of the jednoduchotrackuj.sk website, and confirms it with the “Potvrdiť odstúpenie od zmluvy” (Confirm the withdrawal from the contract) button. They can also give notice by email to support@jednoduchotrackuj.sk or by letter to the seller’s registered office. A clear statement is enough. They do not have to use the model form (Annex 1). The deadline is met if they send the notice on its last day at the latest.
7.3. A consumer who asked for the Subscription to start at once pays, on withdrawal, a proportionate part of the price for the time from the start of the Subscription until the withdrawal. The proportionate part is calculated by days.
7.4. We confirm receipt of the withdrawal without undue delay by email, that is, on a durable medium, with the content of the notice and with the date and time when the consumer sent it.
7.5. The seller refunds the consumer’s payment, less the proportionate part, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, in the same way the consumer paid, that is, to the card. Withdrawal ends the Subscription, and the Organisation’s access ends (Article 10.3).
8. Quality of the service, defects and claims
8.1. The seller is responsible for the service conforming to the contract and these terms during the Subscription. It provides the updates needed for the service to work properly and securely. Monadial runs the service with professional care.
8.2. Short interruptions for maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We announce in advance any planned maintenance that limits use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8.3. A defect can be reported to support@jednoduchotrackuj.sk or by letter. The report gives the Organisation, the account’s email and a description of the problem. A missing screenshot is not a reason to reject a claim.
8.4. We confirm receipt of a consumer’s claim in writing without undue delay. In the confirmation, we state the time limit for removing the defect, at most 30 days. We settle the claim within 30 days of it being made. If we reject it, we give our reasons in writing.
8.5. In the event of a defect, a consumer has the right to have it removed free of charge, to a reasonable price reduction, or to withdraw from the contract under §§ 852g to 852m of the Civil Code. The seller is responsible for a defect that occurs or becomes apparent during the Subscription for the whole Subscription.
8.6. For a business, the seller removes a proven defect within a reasonable time, or gives it a reasonable reduction of the price for the period in which the defect lasted.
9. Rules of use
9.1. A User uses the service in line with the law and these terms. In particular, they must not:
- interfere with other people’s accounts and Organisations,
- disrupt the security or operation of the service, overload it, or look for its vulnerabilities without agreement,
- get around payments and limits,
- store unlawful content in the service.
9.2. The Owner is responsible for whom they invite into the Organisation. They are also responsible for the Organisation being allowed to enter the data of its people and Clients into the service. They check the Time Entries before billing.
9.3. In the event of a serious breach, the seller may restrict access proportionately. It does so without warning only to the extent necessary, in particular when security is threatened or because of a legal obligation. It informs the User of the reason and of the possibility of putting things right, unless the law or security prevents this.
10. Data and the end of access
10.1. The data an Organisation enters into the service belongs to it. The seller and Monadial use it only to provide the service. How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy. Annex 2 governs the processing of the personal data that the Organisation enters into the service.
10.2. An Organisation can download its records at any time as Reports in PDF or CSV.
10.3. If the Trial ends without a Subscription, or a Subscription or free access granted by the seller ends, the Organisation’s access ends (in the app, “Lapsed”):
- running Timers stop,
- nothing new can be entered, nothing can be changed or deleted, and Summary emails are not sent,
- Users can still sign in, read everything and download Reports,
- an Owner can buy a Subscription at any time and restore full access.
10.4. Ninety days after the access ends, we delete the Organisation. We warn the Owners by email seven days in advance. An Owner can also delete the Organisation earlier themselves, after entering its name. Deletion cannot be undone. It removes the Organisation’s Clients, Time Entries, Timers and Settings, and ends all Memberships. The members are told by email. Only the Invoices remain.
10.5. A User can delete their account once they no longer belong to any Organisation. Their Time Entries in the Organisations they left remain, with their name.
10.6. We keep Invoices for the ten years following the year they relate to, as Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting requires. Deleted data disappears from backups within three months.
11. Intellectual property
11.1. The service’s software, its source code and its design belong to Monadial s. r. o. The seller offers the service under a licence from Monadial.
11.2. The customer and their Users get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the Trial, during the Subscription, and after access ends to the extent set out in Article 10.3. They get no rights to the software or its code.
12. Liability for damage
12.1. The seller is liable for damage under the law. Towards a consumer, these terms neither exclude nor limit its liability.
12.2. If the customer is a business, the parties declare that the damage the seller foresaw or could have foreseen when the contract was concluded (§ 379 of the Commercial Code) does not exceed the amount the customer paid for the Subscription over the last 12 months.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
13.1. A complaint or a request for redress can be sent to support@jednoduchotrackuj.sk or by letter to the seller’s registered office.
13.2. If the seller rejects a consumer’s request for redress, or does not answer it within 30 days of it being sent, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Dispute Resolution. The competent body is Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (Slovak Trade Inspection), Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. Box 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, ars@soi.sk, https://www.soi.sk/alternativne-riesenie-spotrebitelskych-sporov. The consumer may also choose another body from the list kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
13.3. Supervision of consumer protection is carried out by Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. Box 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, https://www.soi.sk. This does not affect the right to go to court.
14. Final provisions
14.1. Relations under these terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the protection given to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of the state of their habitual residence.
14.2. The contract is governed by the wording of the terms that the customer agreed to when ordering. The service records its version.
14.3. The seller may change the terms only for these reasons: a change in the law or a decision of a public authority, a change of price under 6.7, a change of the service under 14.4, the security of the service, or a change of suppliers. It announces the change to the Owners by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. For a Subscription, the new wording applies from the next renewal. If the customer does not agree with the change, they turn automatic renewal off. Instead, a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of the notice, and we refund them a proportionate part of the price for the unused period. A change cannot retroactively worsen a period already paid.
14.4. Beyond keeping the service in conformity with the contract, we change it only for a justified reason, for example security, new features or a change in the technical environment, and at no additional cost to the customer. If a change substantially worsens the use of the service, we announce it in advance by email. Within 30 days of the notice or of the change, whichever comes later, a consumer may withdraw from the contract, and we refund them a proportionate part of the price for the unused period (§ 852c of the Civil Code).
14.5. These terms are in force from 30 October 2026.
